欢迎使用 Book Echo。使用本应用即表示您同意以下条款。
1. 服务说明
Book Echo 是一款电子书阅读应用，支持 EPUB、PDF、TXT、Markdown、HTML、FB2、MOBI 与 CBZ 漫画等多种格式文件的导入与阅读，并提供文本朗读功能。
2. 付款与退款
Book Echo 通过 Apple App Store 一次性付费购买，无订阅、无内购。一旦购买成功，所有功能即终身解锁，无需任何额外付费。
- 购买行为由 Apple 处理，价格以您所在 App Store 区域显示的金额为准
- 退款请通过 Apple 提供的「报告问题」流程申请，由 Apple 依据其退款政策审核处理
- 由于本应用为数字商品，我们无法直接提供退款
3. 用户责任
- 您有责任确保导入的书籍内容不侵犯他人的知识产权
- 您应合法获取并使用电子书文件
- 您不得将本应用用于任何违法目的
4. 语音朗读服务
在线语音朗读功能依赖以下第三方/基础设施服务：Cloudflare Workers（中转代理）与 Microsoft Edge TTS（语音合成）。我们无法保证：
- 该服务链路的持续可用性
- 语音合成的准确性
- 服务的响应速度
如在线服务不可用，您可切换至系统离线语音。
5. 免责声明
- 本应用按「现状」提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证
- 我们不对因使用本应用而导致的任何直接或间接损失承担责任
- 在线语音服务可能因第三方原因中断，我们不对此承担责任
6. 知识产权
Book Echo 应用本身的设计、代码和图标等受版权保护。用户导入的书籍内容的版权归原始版权所有者所有。
7. 协议修改
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。重大变更将通过应用更新通知您。继续使用本应用即视为接受修改后的协议。

Welcome to Book Echo. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
Book Echo is an ebook reading app that supports importing and reading EPUB, PDF, TXT, Markdown, HTML, FB2, MOBI, and CBZ comic format files, and provides text-to-speech functionality.
2. Payment & Refunds
Book Echo is a one-time paid app sold through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases — once purchased, every feature is unlocked permanently with no additional fees.
- All purchases are processed by Apple at the price displayed in your local App Store
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via the "Report a Problem" portal and are subject to Apple's refund policy
- As Book Echo is a digital product, we cannot issue refunds directly
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that imported book content does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- You should obtain and use ebook files legally
- You must not use this app for any illegal purposes
4. Voice Read-Aloud Service
The online voice read-aloud feature depends on the following third-party / infrastructure services: Cloudflare Workers (relay) and Microsoft Edge TTS (speech synthesis). We cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the service chain
- Accuracy of voice synthesis
- Response speed of the service
If the online service is unavailable, you can switch to the system's offline voice.
5. Disclaimer
- This app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this app
- Online voice services may be interrupted due to third-party reasons, for which we are not responsible
6. Intellectual Property
The design, code, and icons of the Book Echo app are protected by copyright. The copyright of book content imported by users belongs to the original copyright holders.
7. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through app updates. Continued use of this app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
